90 day worldwide Apple warranty
At StayOnline, we only use original Apple parts, and any repairs are covered by a 90-day worldwide Apple warranty. When you use us to repair your device or computer, the original product warranty remains intact.
AppleCare is Apple’s term for its warranty programs. Every Apple device comes with a certain stretch of AppleCare warranty service and phone/chat support for free, typically one year for the warranty and 90 days of phone support. You can pay to extend that protection for longer, which is called AppleCare+. If you decide to take your device to an unauthorized repair shop, be prepared to void your AppleCare+.

We repair your product within the warranty period, no matter what. If the fault has occurred within the warranty period, then the repair is free of charge.
Anti-static repair shops
All our repair shops are 100% ESD secured (anti-static). Our electronic equipment is protected against static electricity throughout the entire repair process. Repairing equipment without ESD protection might cause errors and faults in your product.
